Prices and Currency |
The prices displayed on this web site are quoted in U.S. dollars and are valid and accepted only within the United States, and such prices do not include shipping or handling or sales tax, if applicable, which would be added to your total invoice price. The prices on this web site are subject to change, without notice. You are responsible for the payment of any shipping or handling charges and state and local sales or use taxes which may apply to your order. International shipment rates vary based upon total package weight and final destination. All pricing does not include duties, insurance costs, tariffs or value-added taxes. If assessed, these charges are the responsibility of the package recipient who will be billed for them by the local custom office.
Mutual reserves the right to limit quantities. Mutual reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. Your receipt of an electronic confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute an offer to sell.
INTERNATIONAL TERMS
- International orders have a $5.00 surcharge added for international documentation.
- All international orders are shipped by USPS only.
- Payments must be made in US Funds only.
Orders valued over $1,000.00 will be reviewed for price saving. |
Shipping |
Our standard shipping method is UPS Ground, or FedEx Ground, standard service. If any other carrier is requested or required, or if any special handling is requested or required, the customer is responsible for any and all incurred charges. The customer is responsible for all charges associated with address corrections, zip code corrections (or omission) or for charges that are incurred as a result of the customer omitting or providing an improper room, suite, or apartment number in shipping instructions. Such charges will apply, even on promotional items where Mutual offers free shipping. All shipments require a delivery signature. For credit card purchases, billing address associated with the credit card is required. “Free shipping” when set forth on this web site, only applies to orders shipped within the Continental United States.
- We ship 96% of our orders from stock.
- Orders received by 2pm will be shipped the same day.
FREIGHT TERMS
- Orders valued over $1,000.00 will be reviewed for freight allowance.
- Items will be combined to save freight.

Returning Goods |
- All returns within 15 business days will be credited back to your account less freight both ways.
- Material must be returned in its original packaging.
- No refunds on special orders

Sales Tax |
Mutual is required to collect state and local sales tax except where a valid resale or tax exempt certificate is provided. Mutual will automatically charge applicable sales tax for orders shipped within the State of New Jersey. You are solely responsible for payment of all sales tax or other taxes on orders shipped outside the State of New Jersey. |
Special Orders |
Special orders require a 50% deposit (non-refundable) when placing order and balance before shipment. |
Terms of Payment |
Purchases can be charged to major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard or American Express, provided Mutual can obtain approval from your credit card company. All payments are to be in the form of U.S. dollars. On orders prepaid by check, shipment will be delayed a minimum of seven days after receipt of your check. |
